Tim Kile, CPP, CPS
Tim Kile has almost 30 years of experience in corporate and private security operations in over 45 countries and is a founding partner for KOBB Risk Solutions.

Tim has spent his life providing protection for individuals and complex events with international nonprofits, Hollywood celebrities, professional sports programs, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and Fortune 500 companies.
Tim has years of experience in assessing and managing risks for financial institutions, large and small corporations, and faith-based organizations. He brings his unique desire to provide client-focused solutions that support organizational culture instead of cookie-cutter results.
He has a passion for training and empowering people. This has provided him the opportunity to train thousands of people in both private and corporate environments in emergency response to active threats, security awareness, and basic self-defense.
Tim is a former California Police Officer with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and holds a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) Board Certification with ASIS.

Jeremy is a seasoned law enforcement professional with a career spanning over 25 years, holding key positions such as Senior Operations Manager and Special Agent in reputable organizations like the Food & Drug Administration, United States Secret Service, and Federal Bureau of Investigation. Throughout his career, Jeremy has demonstrated expertise in managing intricate investigations, training employees, data analysis, internal investigations, and drafting policies.
His role at the FDA involved supervising international and domestic investigations, where he managed a multi-million dollars budget and led a team of specially trained agents. As a Special Agent at the United States Secret Service, Jeremy has investigated a wide range of federal law violations, including threats against high-profile individuals, bank fraud, identity theft, money laundering, and other financial crimes. He has investigated cases related to domestic terrorism while assigned to a joint task force.
His experience extends to coordinating security arrangements both domestically and internationally and managing security plans for high-profile events. Jeremy’s extensive track record of leadership, problem-solving, and expertise in various investigative and security-related domains highlight his exceptional capabilities in the law enforcement and risk management fields.
Jeremy is board certified as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) through ASIS International and has served as a certified firearms instructor.
